We're coming to the UK, actually. From Germany. Herts first, to see my parents, then a cottage in Kent. Who knows, maybe next year we'll pay Derbyshire a visit |

I had similar when we went to wales. Every single road sign said camarthen. We were at a crossroads at one point and It mentioned camarthen on all 4 signs! We've made it a joke between us for 10 years!  that probably means we need to get out more! |

It's the plot for a horror film, isn't it? Where at the end they discover they'd all died as their car plummeted off a cliff or something Actually, I watched a film with my husband very much like that. He scoffs at such things and people taking them seriously (ok, me needing him to take me up to bed after I've watched one cos I'm too scared to go up by myself) but he had a, erm, metaphorical movement of waste matter in the undercarriage area when he was driving home one night on a long dark road and it seemed to take forever. Silly beggar. |
