What's your favourite lazy lunch? I have been SO awful these school holidays that I am one big mac away from morphing into ronald mcdonald! It's probably about time we saw something green on our plates that wasn't a pickle Ideally, it'd be something that would throw itself in the oven and leap onto our plates when it's done.

for the kids - ham/mini sausages, lumps of cheese, breadbun and a sliced carrot/celery etc For me - cup a soup, but I suppose you wanted something that was actually nice!
